New, seasonal service inaugurated on a trial basis to serve the Toronto harbour docks area. A bus route providing 30 minute service from Jarvis and Queens Quay via north on Jarvis Street, east on Lake Shore Boulevard, south on Don Roadway East, west on Commissioners Street and south on Cherry Street, looping counter-clockwise in the large unpaved parking area just south of Lighthouse Road (private) and returning via Cherry, Commissioners, Don Roadway, Lake Shore, south on Bonnycastle Street and west on Queen’s Quay to Jarvis. Service provided 12 hours a day, Monday through Saturday, for the remainder of the shipping season.
Operated from Danforth Garage using 65 PARLIAMENT transfers double-punched through the route name.

65A PARLIAMENT “CHERRY BEACH” buses would provide service to Cherry Beach for the summer months (June through September), starting 1972.
