Malvern Garage, located near the north-west corner of Sheppard Avenue and Markham Road, was constructed in 1981. It officially opened on July 21, 1983, with operations beginning on July 24, 1983.

The 228,000 square foot facility has the indoor bus storage as well as outside parking. The main building houses 2 wash racks, 2 fueling stations, and a Eurovac system. There are 12 40-foot hoists, 3 60-foot hoists, and 4 inspection pit stations at this garage.

Originally the garage served 8 routes, namely 42 CUMMER, 39 FINCH EAST, 43 KENNEDY, 57 MIDLAND, 13 ROUGE HILL, 85 SHEPPARD EAST, 53 STEELES EAST, and 95 YORK MILLS.

Primarily, the garage operate a fleet of 162 DBNA - ORION VII LF HYB, 21 NOVA LFS 60102 ARTIC and 74 NOVA LFS 40102 HYB vehicles.
