Eglinton Crosstown LRT - Keelesdale:
Road closure, TTC detour, July 12 to 14

Eglinton Crosstown header.jpg

Metrolinx contractors continue building the future Eglinton Crosstown light rail transit line between Mount Dennis and Kennedy.

From 9 p.m. Friday, July 12 until 11 p.m. Sunday, July 14, crews are pouring 800 cubic metres of concrete

  • at the intersection of Eglinton Avenue West with Keele Street / Trethewey Drive,

near the site of the future Keelesdale Station.

The concrete forms the fourth section of the station roof slab. Due to the location and space requirements for this activity, the City of Toronto is closing:

  • Eglinton Avenue West between Keele Street / Trethewey Drive and Scott Road

so that crews can safely work. Crews start working overnight to ensure continuity of the pour.
