Metrolinx and York Region contractors continue the project to build a rapidway — bus-only lanes in the centre of the roadway — along Yonge Street in Richmond Hill between 19th Avenue / Gamble Road and Highway 7.

Over the next few weeks, crews are setting up work zones that temporarily block side streets

  • east and west of Yonge Street between Gamble Road / 19th Avenue and Trayborn Drive.

The work zones accommodate road reconstruction and paving and block motorists from entering or exiting the side streets to and from Yonge.
