Eglinton Crosstown LRT - Keelesdale:
Concrete pour, road closure, May 31 to June 2

Eglinton Crosstown header.jpg

Metrolinx contractors continue building the future Eglinton Crosstown light rail transit line between Mount Dennis and Kennedy.

Starting 9 p.m. Friday, May 31, the City of Toronto is closing

  • Eglinton Avenue West between Municipal Drive / Bicknell Avenue and Trethewey Drive / Keele Street

to accommodate a mass concrete pour for the roof slab at the future Keelesdale Station.

Due to the location and space requirements for this activity, the city is closing the street to all traffic so that crews can work safely. They’ll start working overnight to ensure continuity of the pour. Crews work 24 hours a day through the weekend.
