Nearby residents and business people can expect noise and vibration in the area from trucks and other construction equipment and dust when crews drilling and remove debris. Heavy trucks also operate near the work zone.

GO Transit trains operating along the 71 Stouffville line operate more slowly than normally through the work areas. Passengers can expect delays for as long as 10 minutes behind schedule along the entire line.

Sanitary-sewer installation near the future Kennedy LRT station and the resulting GO delays continue until 5 p.m August 17.
