MiWay replacing 10-metre El Dorado buses
with new 12-metre Nova buses

Note: This week we’re catching up on some older news items that likely will still interest our readers.

MiWay will be saying goodbye to its older 10-metre (30-foot) El Dorado EZ-Rider II Max buses over the next few weeks to make way for new 12-metre (40-foot) Nova buses that offer a more spacious ride for passengers.

The new Nova buses have more seats, a more modern look and a wider entrance for passengers to board and are designed to resist rust and corrosion. In 2018, MiWay is adding more than sixty 12- and 18-metre (60-foot) articulated Nova buses to its fleet. These new orange buses will travel along MiLocal routes throughout the system.
