GO adjusting schedules, October 18



GO Transit’s been monitoring the new services it introduced in September.

Starting Tuesday, October 18, it’s adjusting the schedules of three routes to “better reflect actual travel times”:

  • 15 Brantford / Burlington;
  • 24 Cambridge / Milton; and
  • 30 Kitchener / Brampton express.

Starting Tuesday, October 18, the eastbound buses that usually start their trips in Downtown Brantford Terminal at 7:16, 9:31 and 10:26 a.m. and 12:56 p.m. Mondays to Fridays start, instead, five minutes earlier at 7:11, 9:26 and 10:21 a.m. and 12:51 p.m. They still end their trips in Aldershot GO Station bus terminal at 8:21, 10:21 and 11:16 a.m. and 1:46 p.m.

The westbound buses that usually end their trips in Brantford at 11:49 a.m. and 1:19, 2:19, 3:19, 4:19 and 6:51 p.m. end, instead, five minutes later at 11:54 a.m. and 1:24, 2:24, 3:24 and 6:56 p.m. (The buses still start their trips in Aldershot at 10:59 a.m. and 12:29, 1:29, 2:29, 3:29 and 5:56 p.m.)

The westbound bus that usually ends its trip in Brantford at 5:31 p.m. ends, instead at 5:41 p.m. (The bus still starts its trip in Aldershot at 4:36 p.m.)

Monday, October 17 is the last day that GO operates the eastbound bus that usually leaves McMaster University GO Bus Terminal at 3:26 p.m. Mondays to Fridays. (The bus usually ended its trip in Aldershot GO Station bus terminal at 3:41 p.m.

Starting Tuesday, October 18, the westbound buses that usually leave “Mac” at 6:35 a.m. and 2:28, 2:58, 3:55, 6:06 and 7:03 p.m. leave, instead, two minutes earlier at 6:33 a.m. and 2:30, 3, 3:57, 6:08 and 7:05 p.m. (The buses still end their trips in Aldershot at 6:48 a.m. and 2:43, 3:13, 4:10, 6:21 and 7:16 p.m.)

The eastbound buses that usually end their trips in “Mac” terminal at 7:36, 10:46 and 11:41 a.m. and 12:11, 1:11, 5:11 and 6:41 p.m. end, instead, three minutes later at 7:39, 10:49 and 11:44 a.m. and 12:14, 1:14, 5:14 and 6:44 p.m. (The buses still start their trips in Aldershot at 7:24, 10:34, 11:29 and 11:59 a.m. and 12:59, 4:56 and 6:26 p.m.)

24 Cambridge / Milton

Starting Tuesday, October 18, the eastbound buses that usually leave Ainslie Street Terminal in Cambridge at 6:09 and 6:37 a.m. Mondays to Fridays, leave, instead, five minutes later at 6:14 and 6:42 a.m. (The buses still end their trips in Milton GO Station bus terminal at 6:59 and 7:32 a.m.)

30 Kitchener / Brampton

Starting Tuesday, October 18, the eastbound buses that usually start their trips on Weber Street West west of Victoria Street North beside Kitchener GO Station at 7:46 and 8:46 a.m. and 1:56 p.m. Mondays to Fridays start, instead, five minutes earlier at 7:41 and 8:41 a.m. and 1:51 p.m. (The buses still end their trips in Bramalea GO Station bus terminal at 9:01 and 9:56 a.m. and 3:01 p.m.)

The buses that usually end their trips in Kitchener at 4:05, 4:30, 4:55, 5:25, 6 and 7:05 p.m. start, instead, five minutes earlier at 4, 4:25, 4:50, 5:15, 5:55 and 7 p.m. (The buses still end their trips in Bramalea at 3:01, 5:10, 5:40, 6:10, 6:40, 7:10 and 8:10 p.m.)
