Part 2 -- Pan Am Games transit service:
Scarborough

The Pan Am Games take place in Toronto and the Greater Golden Horseshoe area from Friday July 10 until Sunday, July 26

Transit Toronto’s series of posts about special services that help you travel to and from the games and how the event also affects regular transit services continues with Scarborough.

Games events take place in just one venue in Scarborough, but it hosts several sporting events or competions.

The venue is one of the few new sites that the province and city have built to support the games. It stands on the east side of Morningside Avenue north of Military Trail, near the University of Toronto’s Scarborough campus.

As part of the games’ wayfinding system, these codes appear on transit stops, maps and other signs to help visitors travel to and from the venues.
