The TTC will introduce a number of service changes, effective Sunday, April 1.

New accessible route:

On April 1,

82 Rosedale will become the TTC’s 100th accessible bus route out of 166 routes. Wheelchair- and scooter-friendly, low-floor, kneeling buses with flip ramps will serve the route. All accessible buses display two blue lights on both sides of the front route and destination signs and the blue international wheelchair symbol by the front doors.

The TTC now has more than 1,000 accessible buses.

New walking transfer:

1 Yonge-University-Spadina subway and
94 Wellesley bus at Museum Station starting April 1.

Increased service:

102 Markham Rd

A new southbound late evening trip from Passmore Avenue early weekday mornings at 12:25 operating to Warden Station, starting April 2.

320 Yonge Blue Night

An additional southbound trip from Steeles Avenue at approximately 2:25 a.m., early on Sunday mornings. A new northbound trip, departing from Eglinton Avenue at approximately 1:58 a.m., starting April 1.

509 Harbourfront

Starting April 1, later service will operate on Sundays and holidays, as weekend ridership increases in the spring. The last trip times on Sundays and holidays will be approximately one hour later, and will be at the same time as on the other days of the week.

Sunday/holiday last trip times: Last departure from Union Station 10:40 p.m. Last departure from Exhibition Loop 10:25 p.m.

510 Spadina

Starting April 1, service will increase during the daytime on Sundays and holidays. The service north of King Street will improve from every 2 minutes 30 seconds to every 2 minutes 10 seconds. The service south of King Street will change from every 5 minutes to every 6 minutes 30 seconds.

512 St. Clair

Starting April 1, service will increase during the weekday midday and late evening periods, during the afternoon and early evening on Saturdays, and during the afternoon and early evening on Sundays.

From Monday to Friday, the service will improve from every 7 minutes to every 6 minutes 20 seconds during the midday, and from every 10 minutes to every 8 minutes 40 seconds during the late evening.

On Saturdays, the service will improve from every 7 minutes 30 seconds to every 6 minutes 30 seconds during the afternoons and from every 9 minutes to every 7 minutes 45 seconds during the early evening.

On Sundays and holidays, the service will improve from every 9 minutes to every 8 minutes during the afternoons and from every 10 minutes to every 8 minutes 40 seconds during the early evening.

Revised schedules:

20 Cliffside - Sunday afternoons, starting April 1.

44 Kipling South - early Saturday mornings. The TTC will improve frequency from every 30 to every 15 minutes, starting Saturday, April 7.

113 Danforth - Sunday and holiday afternoons. Buses will run every 24 minutes, starting April 1.

127 Davenport - Weekdays, starting April 2. Buses run every 45 minutes during the midday and early evening periods.

143 Downtown / Queen Express - Weekday peak periods, starting April 2.

506 Carlton

To reduce delays resulting from the City of Toronto and the TTC reconstructing streetcar track along Dundas Street and diverting 505 Dundas streetcars along College, Carlton and Gerrard Streets, the TTC will add more time to the schedules, starting April 1.


Hamilton Street Railway

On Sunday, March 25, the HSR revised the schedules of three routes by adding more buses to serve each route.

1 King

The HSR added another bus during the peak shopping hours, improving the frequency between downtown Hamilton and Eastgate Square to every 12 minutes.

5 Delaware / 5B Main West / 52 Dundas

The HSR added another bus during the afternoon peak period.

41 Mohawk

The HSR added another bus between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m.

The HSR also revised the afternoon peak period schedule on the 52 Dundas Local route to revise connection times to buses on the 5 Delaware / 5B Main West / 52 Dundas route at Main and Ogilvie Streets.


Mississauga Transit

On Monday, March 26, MT changed the schedules of seven routes:

3 Bloor, 7 Airport, 35 Eglinton, 39 Britannia, 61 Mavis, 67 Cantay, 70 Keaton.
