RT-29 - Motorized Flat Car (1987-2001)
RT-29 was a motorized flatcar built by Ecolaire in 1987 specifically for the TTC alongside the first iteration of RT-28. It was retired in 2001 and donated to the Halton County Railway Museum and is seen here stored behind the Sir Adam Beck carbarn on October 12, 2015. Photo by James Bow. RT-29 is currently operational, equipped with trucks and components from retired Gloucester subway cars. RT-28 is also at HCRY, used as a trailer.
