ALRV 4217 20160521

Newly-refurbished TTC ALRV 4217 picks up passengers at Queen and University heading west to Humber Loops. Experiencing a significant delay with new low-floor cars delivery from Bombardier, TTC reversed its initial plans to scrap articulated cars first and instead began a refurbishment program of some of them. Notice a shiny coat of paint and a skirt in its factory condition, a work of Hillcrest Shops done in 2015. Photo by Roman Fomin on May 21, 2016.
