TTC 9999

A late-1920s-era TTC bus sits in Levy Auto Parts, on Weston Road between Buttonwood and Edmund on west side, awaiting its fate. In spite of the MAIN route sign, the Stibbard-Strathallen destination sign was used by the EGLINTON route in the early 1930s. The photograph was taken on July 19, 1954 by James Victor Salmon and is courtesy the Toronto Public Library.
