76A rush hour short turn service to the Queensway is replaced by a new rush hour branch operating over the regular route to the Queensway and then looping via east on the Queensway, south on Grand and west on Portland to Royal York, returning via the reverse route. This arrangement provides new service to an area some distance from a bus stop, with no increase in operating costs.
