Coincident with the extension of the BLOOR-DANFORTH SUBWAY to Warden, service begins on a new route on Victoria Park Avenue, running north from Victoria Park station and replacing a significant portion of the 23 DAWES bus route.

Buses leave Victoria Park station and run via west on Denton and north on Victoria Park to loop at Old Sheppard Avenue. Buses here loop counterclockwise via an off-street loop provided at the northwest corner. Service operates seven days a week, eighteen hours a day.

Additional rush hour service is provided to Ellesmere Road, with buses looping at the north end via west and north and Combermere, east on Parkwoods Village Drive, and south on Victoria Park to route.

Route operates entirely in Zone 2, using the normal pay enter/free leave system, with transfer privileges to all connecting Zone 2 routes. Passenger pay Zone 1 fares upon entering the subway at Victoria Park.
