Late evening service extended west from Bicknell loop, along Rogers Road to Weston Road, looping counterclockwise through Avon loop. With the change, Bicknell loop is rendered surplus and abandoned. The TTC proposed this change beforehand, but had to wait for improvements to be made to the traffic signals at Weston Road and Rogers Road to make this happen.
