Starting Sunday, March 27, it’s also adjusting the schedules to compensate for the delays at Roncesvalles.

Starting Monday, March 28, it’s also adjusting the schedules for streetcars operating between Long Branch and Humber Loops early Monday-to-Friday evenings, to improve the reliability of the service. Although it’s maintaining the service levels, the times that streetcars leave time-points may change. The TTC is not adjusting the schedule for cars operating between Neville Park and Humber Loops.

512 St Clair

During track construction at Roncesvalles Carhouse, the TTC is backing streetcars onto The Queensway before the cars can enter regular service.

Starting Sunday, March 27, it’s also adjusting the schedules to compensate for the delays at Roncesvalles.

The TTC is also increasing the frequency of service along the route.

510 Spadina

The TTC is temporarily closing Charlotte Loop during a construction project.

Closing the loop forces the TTC to cancel service along the 510C branch between Spadina Station and King Street West. Instead, all short-turning streetcars Mondays to Fridays operate along the 510B branch between Spadina Station and Queens Quay West.

By operating more Monday-to Friday trips along the 510B branch, the TTC also increases the frequency of service along the short stretch of the route on Spadina and Lower Spadina Avenues between King Street West and Queens Quay West.

Starting Monday, March 27, streetcars drop off or pick up passengers at stops on this section of the route:

  • every 3½ minutes, instead of every 7 minutes, Mondays to Fridays during morning rush hours; and
  • every 3 minutes 20 seconds, instead of every 6 minutes 40 seconds, from about 9 a.m. until 10 p.m.

The TTC is also adjusting the schedule for buses operating along the route.

39 Finch East

Since the TTC is extending the path for buses operating along the 39C branch of the route from Seneca College to Gordon Baker Road west of Victoria Park Avenue, it’s also revising the destination signs for the buses.

Starting Monday, March 28, the signs display:

  • 39C Finch East to Gordon Baker

instead of:

  • 39C Finch East to Seneca College

The TTC is also increasing and decreasing the frequency of service along the route at different times of the week.
