More YRT service to "The ROC",
during March Break, March 12 to 19

Update — Sunday, March 13, 10:52 a.m.: Since the weather is warm and the snow has gone, the ROC is not hosting outdoor winter recreational activities during March break. YRT will not operate shuttle-bus service to and from The ROC Monday-to-Friday this week. It did not divert buses operating along the 50 Queensway route to the ROC yesterday, Saturday, March 12, and, as it turns out, Sunday, March 6 was the last day until September that YRT buses serve the facility.

Since Saturday, December 17, York Region Transit buses operating along the 50 Queensway route have been serving the Town of Georgina’s Recreational Outdoor Campus (“The ROC”) Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

During March break, Monday, March 14 until Friday, March 18, YRT offers service Mondays to Fridays, too. It’s operating special shuttle buses, linking The ROC to Keswick and Sutton.

If you bought a season pass for The ROC, you can ride these buses free of fare. Just show the driver your pass when you board.

All service to The ROC ends for the season Sunday, March 20.
