113 Danforth

Starting Tuesday, February 16, the TTC is adjusting the timing points at all times Mondays to Fridays, on Danforth Avenue between Danforth and Dawes Roads and between Dawes Road and Main Street.

By adjusting the schedules for buses operating on the common parts of this and the 20 Cliffside and 23 Dawes* routes, the schedules reflect actual driving conditions and the TTC can operate a more reliable service.

The TTC is also increasing the frequency of service along the route.

73 Royal York

Transit agencies interline two or more routes with a common terminal to save resources — meaning the number of drivers to operate vehicles and the number of vehicles.

For example, a southbound bus operating along the 70 O’Connor route ends its trip on Strathmore Boulevard beside Coxwell Station. It then proceeds along the 22 Coxwell route, completes a round trip along that route and then returns to Coxwell and Danforth Avenues. It then proceeds northward along the 70 O’Connor route.
