Brampton Transit revises services, February 18



Brampton Transit is making fairly minor changes to its services, starting Family Day, Monday, February 18.


Brampton Transit is revising service along these routes: 18 Dixie, 23 Sandalwood; 50 Gore Road; 51 / 51A Steeles West; 53 Oaklea; 54 James Potter.


Specifically, Brampton Transit is: increasing service along routes; and adjusting the schedules of routes.


Increasing service along routes


50 Gore Road

Starting Tuesday, February 19, Brampton Transit operates a bus on a new southbound Monday-to-Friday trip along the route. The bus leaves Castlemore Road and Gardenbrooke Trail at 4:50 a.m. Mondays to Fridays. It ends its trip on Humber College Boulevard beside Humber College’s North Campus at 5:25 a.m.

By operating an earlier bus, Brampton Transit improves service for passengers connecting with other buses at Humber College.

23 Sandalwood

Starting Tuesday, February 19, Brampton Transit operates a bus on a new westbound Monday-to-Friday trip along the route. The bus leaves Highway 50 and Queen Street West at 2:28 p.m. Mondays to Fridays. It ends its trip westbound trip in Mount Pleasant Village at 3:40 p.m.

Adjusting the schedules of current routes


18 Dixie

Starting Tuesday, February 19, Brampton Transit makes minor adjustments to the Monday-to-Friday evening schedules.
