The TTC started a major construction project to upgrade its infrastructure at Queen Street West and Spadina Avenue, Monday, July 9.

The work at Queen and Spadina is just one phase of a larger project to upgrade the tracks, wiring and passenger platforms along the entire 510 Spadina route.
