Eglinton Crosstown LRT community consultation meetings:
May 17, 22, 24

What happens to Eglinton Avenue after Metrolinx and the TTC have finished construction and started operating the Eglinton Scarborough Crosstown light rail transit line?

Building the Crosstown LRT will significantly improve mobility and transportation options for area residents and many other Torontonians and it will bring a number of planning opportunities and challenges that the City of Toronto must address.

During the next two years, the City is undertaking a comprehensive planning study of the Eglinton Avenue corridor. Metrolinx is financially supporting the study, which City Planning staff will lead.

The City is hosting three open houses to find out what you think about the future of the Eglinton corridor and neighbourhoods around the future LRT. During the events, staff will introduce the objectives of the study, discuss guiding principles and provide an opportunity for the you to offer your comments and ideas.
