New stop for TTC buses at Union Station since February 21

Last Tuesday, February 21, City of Toronto and TTC contractors started to reconfigure the traffic lanes on Front Street West from York Street to east of Bay Street, to accommodate the ongoing project to build a second platform at Union (subway) Station.

During this work, TTC buses operating along the 72A Pape via Commissioners route no longer serve the stop on Front West, just east of Bay Street. Instead, buses are dropping off and picking up passengers on the south side of Front west of Bay, in front of Union (train) Station.
