This week, the Town of Richmond Hill is closing
- Sunset Beach Road between Betheseda Road and Bayview Park Lane
probably to work on the project to build the new Oak Ridges Community Centre and Park.
York Region Transit is detouring buses operating along the 84C Oak Ridges clockwise route while the road is closed.
84C Oak Ridges clockwise
From Monday, July 26 until Friday, July 30, buses operate along their regular route to Olde Bayview Avenue and Bethesda Road, then detour:
eastward along Bethesda;
southward along Bayview Avenue; and then
west- and northward along Bayview Park Lane to Sunset Beach Road,
resuming their regular route westward along Sunset Beach.Buses skip their regular stop
- on Olde Bayview Avenue at Bayview Park Lane / Sunset Beach Road.
The project doesn’t affect buses operating along the 84A Oak Ridges counterclockwise route.
