TTC staff are repairing the streetcar tracks on Queen Street East at Carlaw Avenue and in the Neville Loop this weekend. Work will start at 6 a.m. on Saturday, March 20, and finish by the beginning of service at 5 a.m., Monday, March 22.
As a result, 501/301 Queen streetcars do not operate between Neville Loop and the Queen Street East at River Street. Shuttle buses will operate in both directions.

From 6 a.m. on Saturday, March 20 until 5 a.m. on Monday, March 22, westbound cars start their trips at the Queen Street East / Kingston Road loop, then proceed:
westward along Queen East;
northward along Coxwell Avenue;
westward along Gerrard Street East; and then
southward along Broadview Avenue,
resuming their regular route, westward along Queen.Eastbound cars reverse this routing.
Buses serve all regular 501 / 301 stops along Queen Street East between River Street and Neville Park Boulevard.
