The TTC plans on repairing the streetcar tracks on the Bathurst Street bridge, south of Front Street West, overnight tonight, Tuesday, March 9 and Wednesday, March 10, so it’s detouring car service.
(Some readers report that, in fact, the TTC started this project yesterday, Monday, March 8, and was already detouring the cars.)

From 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 9 until 5 a.m. on Wednesday, March 10, southbound streetcars operate along their regular route to Bathurst Street and King Street West, then detour:
eastward along King West;
southward along Spadina and Lower Spadina Avenues;
westward along Queens Quay West; and then
northward along Bathurst Street to Fleet Street,
resuming their regular route westward along Fleet.Southbound cars skip their regular stops on Bathurst Street at Wellington and Front Streets West and Fort York Boulevard.
Northbound cars reverse this routing.
