You can get a refund for "old" HSR tickets

Starting today, Monday, March 1, Hamilton Street Railway drivers no longer accept tickets that you bought in 2008 and 2009 as valid fare.

You can get a refund for the full value of any “old” HSR tickets, in person only, at the HSR Ticket Office in the Hamilton GO Centre, 36 Hunter Street East. The office is open Mondays to Fridays (except for statutory holidays) from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.
