Update — 6:25 a.m. February 23: Regular service resumed around 11:15 p.m.
The TTC is advising passengers to expect delays as it detours eastbound buses operating along the 95 York Mills route between Victoria Park Avenue and Don Mills Road because of “the severe weather”.
Some Transit Toronto readers are reporting that buses operating along the 122 Graydon Hall and 115 Silver Hills routes are packed as people crowd the buses to substitute for their regular 95 bus.
