Public open house on Eglinton - Crosstown LRT, January 14

The City of Toronto and the TTC are hosting an information session on thier plans to build a light rail transit line along — and under — Eglinton Avenue. The line is one of the Transit City projects.

The Eglinton - Crosstown light rail transit line will stretch 33 kilometres between Toronto Pearson International Airport and Kennedy Station, serving 42 stops along the way. Ten kilometres of the line through central Toronto — between Black Creek and Laird Drives — will operate underground in a tunnel.

The open house takes place on Thursday, January 14 at the Latvian Centre, 4 Credit Union Drive, from 6 until 9 p.m.
