The City of Toronto is closing Lake Shore Boulevards East and West between Lower Jarvis Street and Bay Street and Yonge Street between Front Street and Lake Shore Boulevard this weekend to repave the roadways.
The TTC is detouring buses operating along the 6 Bay and 320 Yonge overnight routes during the project.
6 Bay
The TTC has not provided information on detours, but repaving Lake Shore Boulevard may affect service. (Buses serving the 6 Bay route operate along Lake Shore Boulevard East between Freeland and Lower Jarvis Streets.)
320 Yonge overnight
From 7 p.m. on Friday, July 17 until 5 a.m. on Monday, July 20, southbound buses operate along their regular route to Yonge and Front Streets, then detour:
westward along Front Street West; and then
southward along Bay Street to Queen’s Quay West, ending their trips.Northbound buses start their trips on Bay Street at Queen’s Quay West, then proceed:
westward along Queen’s Quay West;
northward along York Street; and then
eastward along Front Street West to Yonge Street,
resuming their regular route northward along Yonge.
