Islington construction diverts Mississauga Transit buses,
starting today



Starting today, Monday, June 8, the City of Toronto is closing Central Park Roadway as part of its ongoing project to rebuild Islington Avenue, north of Bloor Street West.

Mississauga Transit is detouring buses operating on the 11 Westwood; 20 Rathburn; 26 Burnhamthorpe and 70 Keaton routes until the road reopens.

Starting Monday, June 8, eastbound buses operate along their regular routes to Burnhamthorpe Road and Dundas Street West, then detour:

westward along Dundas West; and then
southward along Islington Avenue to Central Park Roadway,
resuming their regular routes southward along Islington.
