The Town of Milton will close Thompson Road between Childs Drive and Nipissing Road all day on Saturday, January 19 and Sunday, January 20 to repair storm sewers and watermains.
GO Transit will detour buses on the 21 Milton route during the project.
Eastbound buses will operate along their regular route form Main and Martin Streets along Main Street to Milton GO Station, loop through the station then continue westward along Main, southward along Ontario Street and then eastward along Derry Road to Thompson Road, resuming their regular route eastward along Derry. Westbound buses reverse this routing, operating to Milton GO Station and then to Martin and Main Streets in downtown Milton.
