The TTC has announced their schedule for the work to be done on Bathurst’s streetcar tracks. Buses will replace streetcars from May 9 to July 1, with further construction taking place between October 17 and November 18. Tracks will be replaced from Front to Queen, Dundas to College and Harbord to Bathurst station.
It is almost certain that St. Clair streetcar service will be affected by this construction, especially between October 17 and November 18 when the line loses its only access to the rest of the network and the TTC’s two carhouses. The TTC had planned to spend this time working on St. Clair track reconstruction as well, but details have yet been announced.
