Getting to the concert
You can use regular GO service on July 30 to connect with the TTC to get to the concert. There will be major adjustments and cancellations made to GO Bus service to Yorkdale and York Mills due to concert-related road closures (see below for more details).
Getting home after the concert
Concert-goers looking for a way home can take advantage of some apecial late-night GO services. Use the TTC to connect with either our Lakeshore train line at Union Station or our Yonge St. bus services at Finch GO Bus Terminal (Yonge C and Newmarket B services). We’ll be working as hard as we can to get everyone home quickly, but passengers can expect delays as we try to accommodate the crowds.
To ride our special late-night concert service, you must buy a Special Event Day Pass before July 30.
Lakeshore GO Train service home (use TTC to get to Union Station)
Going east to Oshawa
We’re adding three extra late-night trains, with the last train to Oshawa (making all stops) leaving Union Station at 3:13 a.m. The first regularly scheduled morning train to Oshawa leaves Union at 6:13 a.m.
Going west to Hamilton
We’re adding three extra late-night trains, with the last train to Hamilton (making all stops) leaving Union Station at 3:43 a.m. The first regularly scheduled morning train to Burlington leaves Union at 6:13 a.m.
Yonge St. GO Bus services home (from Finch GO Bus Terminal)
To connect with our special late-night concert Yonge St. bus services, make your way to the Finch GO Bus Terminal (next to TTC’s Finch subway station), where you can catch either our Yonge C service to Richmond Hill or our Newmarket B service to Newmarket.
Special GO Transit Event Day Pass available now
To use the special GO Transit late-night concert services, passengers who don’t already have a regular GO monthly pass or multi-ride ticket must buy a special Event Day Pass. Be sure to buy your pass before July 30 to avoid line-ups.
Lakeshore train service: If you will be using our Lakeshore train service, you can buy your special pass at the Lakeshore GO station you’ll be travelling from (special passes are not available at Union Station).
Yonge St. bus services: If you will be using our Newmarket B bus service, you can buy your special pass at the Aurora, Richmond Hill, and Langstaff GO stations (open between 6 and 8 a.m. Monday to Friday), and at Newmarket GO station and Newmarket GO Bus Terminal. Special passes are not available from bus drivers. If you are riding the Yonge C bus service, please note that regular tickets and cash fares apply.
Yorkdale and York Mills bus service adjustments for July 30
Due to concert-related road closures in the area, we have to adjust our Yorkdale and York Mills bus services. There will be no GO Bus service to or from Yorkdale after 10 p.m.
- Oshawa Hwy. 2 GO Bus service will only run to and from York Mills, not Yorkdale. All day.
- All day until 10 p.m., all bus service from the west, including Georgetown/Brampton, Oakville Hwy. 403, and Milton services, will only run to and from Yorkdale, not York Mills.
- After 10 p.m. there will be no GO Bus service to or from Yorkdale.
- After 10 p.m. only the regularly scheduled buses between Brampton and York Mills will operate.
- Canada’s Wonderland service will only run to and from York Mills, not Yorkdale. All day.
