Hours of Operation signs in all subway stations

TORONTO, March 3 /CNW/ - Toronto Transit Commissioner David

Miller is installing an Hours of Operation sign at High Park Station on Friday, March 5, 1999 to mark completion of an important customer service initiative. The signs are in response to riders’ requests for more information about service schedules. The Commission approved Commissioner Miller’s proposal for Hours of Operation signs to be posted in a clear, easy-to-read format and in accessible locations. The signs show the hours of operation for the subway and how frequently the service operates. A total of 146 signs were installed. Commissioner Miller will officially mark completion of the program by installing a sign at High Park Station on Friday, March 5, 1999 at 10:00 a.m.
