TTC Major service changes

TORONTO, Jan. 3 /CNW/ - The TTC is implementing the following

service improvements effective January 3, 1999:

322 COXWELL: TRIPS EXTENDED
---------------------------

The last two trips on the 322 COXWELL Blue Night Network route,

early in the morning, will be extended from Bingham Loop to Warden Avenue.

39 FINCH EAST: CHANGE IN EXPRESS STOPS
--------------------------------------

All eastbound express buses in the morning peak period and all

westbound express buses in the afternoon peak period will stop at Seneca College.

86 SCARBOROUGH: SERVICE INCREASE AND NEW BRANCH
-----------------------------------------------

86 SCARBOROUGH service is being increased in the morning peak

period; a new branch of the route, 86B SCARBOROUGH (Kennedy Station-Highland Creek), will be introduced during the morning peak period.

81 THORNCLIFFE PARK: ACCESSIBLE SERVICE
---------------------------------------

The 81 THORNCLIFFE PARK service has been designated an accessible

route and will be served with lift-equipped buses. Lift-equipped and low-floor buses are designed to accommodate passengers who are unable to board conventional vehicles or who may board with difficulty.
